CRITTER & CLOVER will be a 10 month program and each month you will receive a kit that will include all wool, cotton, ribbon or ricrac required for that month’s block. Final kit will include borders, binding and label.All kits are based on specifications in the book. No substitutions of kit contents will bemade or allowed. You recognize that autoship programs, clubs, and BOM's are a commitment between The Cotton Harvest and you; therefore, cancellations will not be accepted as this is a full 10-month program. Product returns are not accepted.
There will be a ZOOM component offered for this program through The Cotton Harvest.
PRICING
REGISTRATION FEE There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee to join the BOM program. This fee will include access to a private group FB page as well as monthly ZOOM sessions; it will NOT be returned should you decide to cancel out of the program. Your registration is confirmation that you agree to our policies, terms and conditions of the program.

SEPTEMBER thru APRIL 2026 - $35 each month plus S&H MONTHLY BILLING Beginning September 2025, you will be billed each month for the amount stated above plus taxes and shipping when applicable. Unless other arrangements have been made, fees will be billed to the credit card used to pay for your registration fee. These monthly instalments INCLUDE A MONTHLY ZOOM CLASS with Trina, teaching the stitches until all of the required stitches have been covered.
MAY 2026 - $45 plus S&H The final kit will include border, border overlay, binding, and label. Backing/batting not included
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES This program will ship via basic mail as most packages will fit through the average mail slot. IF the package fits through mail slot it will mail as an oversized letter. With the exception of August’s shipment which we will ship Expedited with tracking, all packages will ship via Canada Post. Monthly shipping and Handling charge will be approximately $3 per month; August will be charged actual cost to each participant. Actual cost shipping charges will be charged to participants as well if 'add-on' items are included during monthly mail outs.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to increase these shipping/handling rates due to the occasional carrier rate increase and the unpredictability of Canada Post these days. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
HOW DO I SIGN UP? To secure your spot in the August 2025 BOM program, a $25 non-refundable Registration Fee is required and will secure your spot in the program. Follow the link below to register. Somebody from the shop will be in contact in the following few weeks to confirm shipping information and to get credit card information for monthly payment.
