This is the Sand Dollars Alumni Reunion which will be held at The Brussels Four Winds Barn. IF you've taken a Sand Dollars workshop with us previously then this is a workshop designed just for you! Perhaps you've forgotten how to do some of the taught techniques? Maybe you're looking for some ideas to apply to your sand dollars? Quite possibly you're just looking for some hours in your day to work on what you've started?
Mark these two days in your calendar and spend uninterrupted time stitching! The one consistent 'suggestion' from all of the Sand Dollars workshops taught is that the students didn't get enough time to apply what they'd learned. Trina will be there to guide you through techniques you might need help with and to demo some of the more complicated stitches. Jennifer will be available too to wonder through and give some suggestions.
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and coffee/tea will be provided.
Daily - 9AM Breakfast, 10AM stitching begins, 12:30PM lunch, 1:30PM stitching resumes, afternoon snack provided, barn open until 6PM.
Workshop fee includes two days of casual instruction with Trina, the cost of the venue, breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Bring your existing Sand Dollars project to work on OR begin another in a different colourway perhaps? As with previous workshops, threads and textiles will be available for purchase during the workshop.
$100 deposit due upon registration. Balance of $150 due August 17th, 2026
Accommodations will not be provided at this venue HOWEVER, there are some fantastic places available and all are quite close to the venue. We recognize that some of you live locally and will prefer to travel home at night.
